Building operations calls upon skills in many areas. Luckily, Modena Cherry Creek has Robert. His 15 years of experience include general contracting, arcade cabinet repair, hotel maintenance, small engine/automotive repair, and even maintenance on roller coasters.
But he finds his duties at Modena the most rewarding of all. “I love coordinating and fixing things and helping maintain this building,” says Robert. “I was drawn here by the kind and professional atmosphere; the residents are very welcoming.” Communication is key to a successful workplace and home life, he says. “Without it, nothing would get done. It is the core to solid teamwork and a job well done.”
When he’s not on the job, Robert loves to disc golf, take long walks, watch horror movies, and maintain his garden. He’s also a fan of concerts and comedy shows. Mostly, he likes to relax in his garden with his fiancé and pets.
Favorite dish? Currently, it’s a sour cream breaded chicken bake.
Perfect vacation? Whale-watching in Washington’s San Juan Islands. “The most breathtaking thing in the world.”
