About Justin Burdick

In his career as a Chef, Justin has always been deeply committed to fellow team members as well as the job or project in which he is involved. Now as Culinary Director for Modena Cherry Creek, he most enjoys motivating his team and wowing residents with what they can accomplish together.

“Nothing can compare to the excitement of good food,” says Justin, who remembers his grandmother always loved when it was time to eat in her assisted living community. “I want others to feel that.”

Justin also never forgets how the right food can invoke joyful memories. “Out of all the fine dining and culinary experiences I have had in my life, still, one of my all-time favorite things to eat is a simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich…especially if someone makes it for me!”

When he’s not creating new memories in the kitchen, Justin might be exercising in the gym, or enjoying fresh air and sunshine outdoors. (Possibly with a PB&J.)
