Breanne Draper
Life Enrichment Director
Breanne brings five years of senior living experience to Modena Cherry Creek, including four years focused on life enrichment and resident programming. She began her career as a nurse’s assistant, where she quickly discovered how much she loved listening to residents’ life stories and spending meaningful one‑on‑one time with them. As she continued working in retirement communities, she found a passion for creating experiences that bring joy, connection, and a sense of wonder to older adults. One of her favorite memories is taking residents to see Christmas lights and hearing one say, “I feel like a little kid seeing Christmas for the first time.” Moments like that inspired her to pursue a community that values warmth, hospitality, and truly memorable experiences.
As Life Enrichment Director, Breanne finds her greatest joy in watching the events and activities she plans come to life. She loves seeing residents laugh, engage, and form new friendships through the programs she creates. Each event requires thoughtful planning and effort, but the happiness it brings makes every moment worthwhile. Whether she’s organizing a large celebration or helping a resident with something small, she believes deeply in making their home feel fun, comfortable, and full of life. Creativity and commitment guide her work—she is always exploring new ideas while holding herself to a high standard of care and dedication.
Breanne holds an Associate’s degree in Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Parks, Recreation, Tourism, and Event Management from North Carolina State University. Her background includes roles as a nurse’s assistant, Activities Assistant, and program coordinator at a local senior center, where she helped plan trips and community events. After graduating, she began her professional career with Atria Cary and continued to grow in her field as the community transitioned to Modena.
Outside of work, Breanne enjoys reading, spending time in nature, doing her nails, traveling, and exploring new coffee shops. She loves adventure—especially hiking and ziplining—and one of her favorite memories is ziplining through Iceland. She’s also a big Dr Pepper fan, and her coworkers can almost always spot a sweet treat or fun drink on her desk.
Breanne grew up in Utah and is grateful to have her parents and two younger sisters living nearby. She also has two beloved dogs who keep life lively at home.
